After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Nothing in these Terms transfers risk or limits customer remedies in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

Return conditions, procedures, exclusions, shipping-cost responsibility, inspection, and refund timing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Return shipping is paid by cedarnera for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns, such as change of mind, fit, size, or color selection.

Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after processing begins.
